No Connection -
- The display will not show connection until it has been prepped. Once it has been prepped then the Installer UI will run on the display and show a connection status. Prepping must be done after Flashing the display.
- Some older computers do not communicate properly on the USB-C port dedicated to communication with a docking station. Try using the USB-A port on the computer.
- You may need to close then re-open OpenPV® after the display has been plugged into the computer.
- Verify the Ahsoka Connection Setup has the correct IP and port#. This is located in the Targets Window.
Prep Process Fails -
- Connection status will indicate Waiting for Connection until after the display has been prepped.
- Verify all the troubleshooting steps in the "No Connection" section have been reviewed.
- Prepping may also fail due to the same issue discussed in the "Stop Application Fails" section.
Stop Application Fails-
- If OpenPV® is connected to a app running on the display but the "Stop Application" message is sent but the display does not reboot to the Loader UI there may be SSH keys that are conflicting with proper communication.
- Delete the .ssh folder located in C:\users\username\.ssh
