The PowerLine (PLD) module is ideally suited for today's hydraulic OEM, distributor or system builder. With both mechanical and electrical robustness paramount in the design priority, Windows™ compatible easy to use set-up software and full CE compliance means this one product can through the many configurations and features available, be used across multiple platforms, markets and applications.
PLD PRODUCT FEATURES:
- Pre-written Graphical User Interfaces for all modules
- Uni or bi-directional open loop pump stroker or valve controller
- Anti-stall option with auto - reverse feature
- +5V ref @ 5mA for local command joysticks, potentiometers etc
- Accepts all common analog command signals
- Sealed and protected to >IP68 ( NEMA 6P )
- Unique 'Solid' potting with flame retardant materials
The PowerLine has five (5) basic Configurable modes of operation available within the one module:
- Manual - Control of the output current through the graphical user interface
- Horse Power Limiter & Anti-Stall – Automotive style prime mover protection
- Horse Power Limiter & Anti-Stall with Reverse – Ideal for system such as auto-feed wood chippers or any applications that need a reverse feature if the engine starts to stall because of a forced load
- Horse Power Limiter & Anti-Stall with Max Command - Used to protect an engine from stalling, effectively de-coupling the load from the motor
- Valve Driver – Direct open loop control of single or dual coil valves or pump controls
