Backup / restore saved data

Hi,

I have quite some data stored in a PV1100 (basically the data of several user profiles containing settings like joystick ramps, etc. stored in variables, strings and a list).

Is there an easy way to backup this data and restore it in the same and/or a different display?

Or do I have to "manually" save all the bits separately to a file somehow and parse this file again when restoring?
