Monitor CPU load of tasks
Is there a way to see how much CPU time parts of the program are using? I'm battling high CPU loading because I keep adding more features to the display and I was hoping there is a way to see what scripts or events are using the most CPU time so I can target my optimization. I'm using a PV780, and it's hanging in with the CPU load at 75%, but if I push it to 80% or higher I start to notice it missing things.

Hi,
Are you running into certain issues when you are on a specific page? Then I suggest you have a look at this article:
This was my downfall when the 780B was just released, where it didn't limit the fps. But after the update, things got better. Only bet is to have a cpu usage on each screen and you should know roughly what is running for that screen and then try to pinpoint issue.

Hi Francois,
I've read through that article, but I don't see where to toggle texture view, or where to define objects as dynamic or static. I have tried some of the suggestions and it has made a small improvement on the CPU load.
I was looking for a way to determine which parts of the the main script is using the most CPU load. I can switch the display to a blank white screen and the CPU load drops to about 50%, but I was hoping to figure out how that 50% us being used.
