Minor Updates — Requires OpenPV 5.40.2 or higher

This is the first Video Player release for OpenPV 5.40, and an update is required: Video Player 5.9.0 cannot run on OpenPV 5.38 or later.

• OpenPV 5.38+ compatibility — follows Core's removal of the PlatformFamily enum and its merge of the Windows, macOS and Ubuntu platforms into one Desktop platform. 5.9.0 fails on current toolkits with "Method not found: get_PlatformFamily".
