Bug Fixes — Requires OpenPV 5.40.5 or higher

This release fixes the generated C++ code that receives events, and the Select display shim for C++ apps.

• C++ inbound events — event fields wider than one byte are now unpacked correctly. Only 8-bit fields used to work: a wider field could overwrite the fields after it, or throw out_of_range if it was the last field. Inbound strings are also read in full; they used to be cut to one character.
• Select display shim for C++ apps — the engine launch script now finds wayland_xdg_fix.so in either app layout (C# or C++). C++ apps on Select used to start sbengine without the shim. The script now logs a warning if the shim is missing.
