Control Extension 5.15.3 is released.

This release contains a fix for a small memory leak in the GPIO library.  This leak occurs every time the GPIO is accessed, so while small it builds up over time.

It also contains some small improvements in the CAN message allocations, which should decrease GC under heavy CAN bus loads.
