Control Service Extension 5.13 Released

Build & Platform Improvements
- Fixed an issue where building the CAN demo application on macOS or Linux could fail due to a missing file. Windows builds were not affected. This is now resolved on all supported platforms.
- Added pre-build support for building the C++ CAN demo project.
