Minor Updates — Requires OpenPV 5.38 or higher

This is intended to be the last 5.x release of the Bluetooth Extension, barring further issues found in testing. Work moves to 6.0 from here.

• Unprofiled devices — the Bluetooth Classic demo app's panels fall back to Class of Device when a paired device reports no profiles, so a device that pairs disclosing only PnP Information is still listed and connectable.
• Core API tracking — follows Core's move from the PlatformFamily enum to capability checks; requires OpenPV 5.38 or higher.
• Pipeline — develop builds publish to the Ahsoka feed only; nuget.org pushes are narrowed to main and release.
