In Canary Now

This build fixes a few bugs.

1. Fixes a Vulnerability in ImageSharp (used to rotate logos only).  We removed this package as the fix required a commercial license (required upgrade).
2. Fixed a problem where Installers were not showing the correct Platform Family (requires prep or a upgrade to the Installer UI.
3. Increases the time allowed for drawing frames (impacts Flex Only).
