Inserting PDF with zoom function

I am using the PV780P,

Our company has a lot of customer support documents that are in PDF form that I would like to view on the touchscreen. I eventually, will make custom pages for each walk-through guide.

How I imagined it, would be a page view with 2 pages, which you could then scroll through the document pages left to right, and zoom in on a page if you selected it.

Has anyone done anything like this?
