CAN datalogger configuration failure

Hello,
I try to programming  "example CAN datalogger configuration" from your site in my test configuration and upload in my PV780.

But, error status show up on the display during output to USB memory.
Then I tried to upload your example configuration above directly in PV780.

Aslo error status show up  on the display.

Could you please advice me what is wrong in my and your configuration?

Detail is as follows.

1. PV780 can get the CAN data. (My test configuration)

2. Start CAN Log

3.Stop CAN Log

4.  Start Output to USB memory.

5. Status error show up.

6. Plug in USB memory via harness 

7. CAN-bus Line

  Make sure the USB drive is formatted as FAT32.  I think I had an issue with a stick that was NTFS and would not work.

  Hello, Thanks for your advice.

  I confirmed that my USB had already FAT32 fomat as I attached here.

  Hello,

  I tried other USB flash memory, 4th USB memory was able to work for output to USB memory.

  I don't know the reason why other USB memory did  not work.

  Althought, I can close this topic.
