Unable to load 'Configuration Install Package' in Power Vision 2.9.23047

We are seeing the attached error when we are trying to create and load the "Configuration Install Package" in Power Vision 2.9.23047. The Application version shows different for 'Available' and 'Installed'(under Configuration tab) even after we did a full install (Application Install Package).

Are we missing something?
