PV485 analog and digital input value request with timer

 

Dear Team,

 

We have a project for measuring analoga and digital signals beside with j1939 feedbacks.

Our goal is to have a timer with refresh in ever 20ms or 50ms.

As I faced with, we can have the j1939 falues as freeform messages in 50ms.

 

Can we send manual update for digital and analog inputs from a timer with a script?

(We won't need the 100ms refresh because we would query with the script)

 

I see that the Analog Inputs has the 100ms of minimum query via the IO Definitions.

Can we turn off the Analog request in thr IO Definitions and use the script to query the Analog Input levels? 

Is there a way to force the Analog Input refresh via the script?

 

Beside this I tried to add the Digital Inputs (1 and 2) in the Connections.

Can we use 0 to 12V signal on the Digital Input pins? (our device is PV485)

Is this pin reques pulldown resistor or pullups?

There is the same minimum as 100ms.

Can we turn this off and use the script to query the Digital state with the 50ms timer?

 

Is there a way to have event on Digital Inputs and Analog Inputs? (with 50ms refresh or quicker)
