Full PowerVision on new computer

I saw a similar post answered 1 year ago.

Past week I upgraded to a new computer and tried to install PowerVision from the CD that came with the full version, then I tried to update it to the latest patch of version 2.8 for controllers but can't access to the advanced settings. I was prompted to enter the license key but the program still looks like the free version.

I can't seem to find any other link to download a full version of PowerVision. Please help me.
