'CAN Bus Failure' while crank for Engine MFG select as 'VOLVO' in MPC20r2

Dear Team,

I got 'CAN Bus Failure' fault while at cranking time, for Engine Manufacturer select as 'VOLVO' in MPC20r2, program loaded by using software PV2.9.23029 (patch-3 s/w).

Whereas when selecting Engine Manufacturer as 'OTHER' , then this Fault of 'CAN Bus Failure' is not appearing, and clearly I can access for furthur application.

In this what can be the issue. Why like this happening. ?
