The video mode is a setting of the Video widget. So the video mode is switched by choosing which video widget to display. The configuration can have 2 video widgets on the same page view and have Visible Conditions to select one of the video widgets. Or the configuration can have a video widget on 2 page views. This way the page view with the video widget with the desired Type (NTSC or PAL) should be selected. Video input should be in the format for the video widget that is on the page view and is visible.
